Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your event for any reason up to 7 days prior to your event, at no cost.

You can cancel for weather-related issues up until 24 hours prior to your event, at no cost to you. Cancellations within 24 hours of the event start time will forfeit their deposit or 50% of the event total.

If you need to cancel, it is your responsibility to contact us via phone or email. If you receive our voicemail, please leave a message. Our office is not open on the weekends, but someone will get back to you. You should not consider your event canceled until we confirm via call or email.
